Gabriel brings over five years of experience across health recruitment, employment onboarding, and operational leadership, spanning the healthcare, disability, and financial services sectors. With extensive experience across the NDIS sector including client experience, recruitment, and onboarding. He is dedicated to improving operational efficiency, enhancing service delivery, and elevating the onboarding experience for both clients and staff.

Fabio is an entrepreneur with over 20 years’ experience in sales, client management, and business leadership, with a track record in multinational companies in Brazil and abroad. Holding an MBA in Business Management, a Certificate IV in Building and Construction, and a Carpenter Licence in Australia, he leads B2J Group, which provides specialised trades for the construction sector and NDIS services, and Timbra Joinery, a custom joinery factory delivering high-quality solutions.

With over 10 years of experience living and working in Australia, Danilo brings a unique combination of marketing expertise and hands-on construction knowledge to the NDIS sector. He has worked in the construction industry gaining practical experience across residential projects, site operations, and compliance standards. In the NDIS space, Danilo has been directly involved in Home Modification projects, focused on improving safety, accessibility and overall wellbeing for participants.
